About The Position

Situated atop the scenic bluffs overlooking Santa Monica Beach, Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows is just a stone's throw away from some of Southern California’s best attractions including Santa Monica Pier and its historic carousel as well as Third Street Promenade -- famous for its fine restaurants, live entertainment, movie theatres, shopping, local artists' scene and a weekly farmer’s market. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Management team, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Deliver exceptional In-Room Dining service in accordance with LQA Standards throughout all guest interactions Set up, deliver, and present food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a professional, timely, and personalized manner Anticipate guest needs and provide intuitive service that exceeds expectations Assist guests regarding menu selections, dietary preferences, and beverage offerings in an informative and helpful way Possess full knowledge of food and beverage menus, daily features, promotions, and preparation methods Ensure all orders are accurate, complete, and presented to luxury hospitality standards Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of service stations, pantries, and equipment Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures at all times Consistently demonstrate LQA Standards throughout service delivery, guest engagement, grooming, communication, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Previous luxury hotel, restaurant, or In-Room Dining experience preferred
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs while remaining calm, professional, and courteous at all times
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining LQA Standards throughout all aspects of service
