About The Position

The Room Dining Server will report to the Food and Beverage Management team and is responsible for delivering exceptional In-Room Dining service in accordance with LQA Standards throughout all guest interactions. This includes setting up, delivering, and presenting food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a professional, timely, and personalized manner. The server is expected to anticipate guest needs, provide intuitive service that exceeds expectations, and assist guests with menu selections, dietary preferences, and beverage offerings. A thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus, daily features, promotions, and preparation methods is required. The role also involves ensuring all orders are accurate, complete, and presented to luxury hospitality standards, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of service stations, pantries, and equipment, and adhering to all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures. Consistent demonstration of LQA Standards in service delivery, guest engagement, grooming, communication, and attention to detail is essential.
