The Room Dining Server is responsible for taking room service orders accurately in a helpful, friendly, courteous, and professional manner. They will deliver and serve food and/or beverage items in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction. This role involves answering room service calls, promoting menu items, documenting orders, inputting information into the Micros system, and ensuring order accuracy. The server will also set up trays according to Hilton standards, handle tray pick-up calls, maintain a clean workstation, respond to guest complaints, and deliver room service orders to guests, presenting checks afterward. Additionally, they will assist buss persons, perform side work, and adhere to liquor regulations.
