About The Position

The Room Dining Order Taker is responsible for answering the In Room Dining telephone and taking guest orders accurately in a helpful, friendly, courteous, and professional manner to ensure total guest satisfaction. This role also involves upselling sides, desserts, and beverages to enhance profitability, entering orders into the computerized system, and settling checks upon delivery. Additionally, the Order Taker coordinates with various departments for the setup and successful delivery of VIP amenities.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages.
Guest Service experience, required.
Food Service Certification.
