About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Room Cleaner to join a limited service hotel team. The role focuses on keeping guest rooms and common areas clean, organized, and ready for guests while delivering reliable and consistent work performance. The position is available part-time or full-time, with morning and daytime shifts. Weekend availability may be required, and holiday availability is preferred. Compensation is competitive hourly pay based on experience. Employment may be contingent upon reference and background verification consistent with applicable law.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Positive attitude and professional behavior.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods.
• Must be dependable and able to complete assigned rooms on time.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and respectful attitude toward guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens and make beds neatly.
• Clean bathrooms, sinks, mirrors, tubs, and toilets.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and common areas.
• Replenish towels, toiletries, and room supplies.
• Remove trash and used linens.
• Report maintenance issues or damaged items to management.
• Follow daily cleaning assignments and productivity expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts and storage areas.
• Follow hotel safety and sanitation procedures.
