About The Position

High Hotels Ltd. is hiring a full-time Room Attendant primarily at the Home2 Suites property on Pauline Drive in York, Pennsylvania. The role performs routine housekeeping duties to maintain hotel cleanliness, service, and brand standards, helping provide exceptional guest experiences. Work may include cleaning guest rooms and common areas, laundry, and other housekeeping tasks. The position is five days per week, with weekday hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and weekend hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Weekend availability and holiday availability are required. Shift end times may vary with occupancy and workload. Weekend shifts receive a $1 per hour premium. The starting rate is $17.33, with potential increases based on experience. The employee may also support the sister property, Hampton Inn & Suites.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to support the sister property, Hampton Inn & Suites.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and common areas according to brand standards and within the allotted time.
• Vacuum carpets and furniture.
• Clean and dust furniture.
• Clean suite kitchenettes and wash dishes.
• Change bed linens.
• Clean guest room bathrooms.
• Clean high-touch areas of the hotel to meet brand standards.
• Assist in the laundry room by washing, drying, folding, and sorting laundry.
• Maintain the linen cart and keep supplies neatly organized.
• Ensure the security of guest rooms and protect guest privacy.
