About The Position

High Hotels Ltd. is a leading operator of select-service and extended-stay hotels across Pennsylvania and New Jersey, focused on guest service and product quality. The Room Attendant performs routine housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and service standards for the hotel and its brand, helping provide exceptional guest experiences by cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas. Duties may take place in laundry, common-area cleaning, and room cleaning.

The position is primarily at the Home2 Suites property on Pauline Drive in York, Pennsylvania, and may support the sister property, Hampton Inn & Suites. It is full-time, five days per week. Hours are 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. on weekdays and 8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. on weekends; shift end times may vary with occupancy and workload. Weekday, weekend, and holiday availability is required. Weekend shifts receive a $1-per-hour premium. Starting rate is $17.33, with potential for an increase based on experience.

Requirements

• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and common areas according to brand standards within the allotted time.
• Vacuum carpets and furniture.
• Clean and dust furniture.
• Clean suite kitchenettes and wash dishes.
• Change bed linens.
• Clean guest-room bathrooms.
• Clean high-touch areas of the hotel to meet brand standards.
• Assist in the laundry room by washing, drying, folding, and sorting laundry.
• Maintain the linen cart and keep supplies neatly organized.
• Ensure the security of guest rooms and protect guest privacy.
• Support the sister property, Hampton Inn & Suites.
