About The Position

High Hotels Ltd. is hiring a full-time Room Attendant primarily at the Home2 Suites property on Pauline Drive in York, Pennsylvania. The role performs routine housekeeping duties to maintain the hotel and brand’s standards for cleanliness and service, and to provide exceptional guest experiences. Work may include guest-room cleaning, common-area cleaning, and laundry duties. The position is scheduled five days per week, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. on weekdays and 8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. on weekends. Shift end times vary with occupancy and workload. Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required. Weekend shifts receive a $1 per hour premium. The starting rate is $17.33, with potential increases based on experience.

Requirements

• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and common areas according to brand standards and within allotted time.
• Vacuum carpets and furniture.
• Clean and dust furniture.
• Clean suite kitchenettes and wash dishes.
• Change bed linens.
• Clean guest-room bathrooms.
• Clean high-touch areas of the hotel to meet brand standards.
• Assist in the laundry room by washing, drying, folding, and sorting laundry.
• Maintain the linen cart and keep supplies organized.
• Ensure the security of guest rooms and guests’ privacy.
• Support the sister property, Hampton Inn & Suites.
