About The Position

The Room Attendant helps deliver memorable guest experiences by ensuring guest rooms are clean, tidy, and well supplied. The role includes cleaning and maintaining assigned rooms, replenishing linens and guest amenities, managing housekeeping supplies, responding courteously to guest requests, and disposing of trash and recyclables. Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep-cleaning tasks as needed.
• Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed.
• Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
