About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant to clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas to company standards. The attendant ensures rooms are supplied with clean linens, bedding, towels, and guest amenities; follows hotel safety and security procedures; and maintains knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, operating hours, and nearby surroundings. The role also requires identifying and reporting guest items left behind according to the hotel's lost and found procedures. This position is tipped eligible. Specific compensation and benefit details will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to work as a team player.
Ability to exceed guests' expectations.
Knowledge of cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize rooms and public areas to company-mandated standards.
Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
Follow all hotel-mandated safety and security procedures.
Maintain knowledge of the hotel property, staff, services, service hours, and surroundings.
Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, and other supplies.
Identify items guests have left behind and report them using the hotel's lost and found procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
