About The Position

Requirements

• Physical stamina for daily cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to handle cleaning equipment.
• Attention to detail and responsiveness to guest needs.
• Communication skills to work effectively with the team and coordinate with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist room attendants with cleaning and preparing guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Collect and dispose of trash and soiled linens from guest rooms and public spaces.
• Restock housekeeping carts and storage areas with necessary supplies and equipment.
• Promptly report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Respond courteously and efficiently to guest requests and inquiries.
• Support the housekeeping team during peak periods to help ensure timely room turnover.
• Follow health and safety regulations and hotel policies to maintain a safe working environment.
