About The Position

A Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our guest rooms and suites. This role involves cleaning floors, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms as assigned by a supervisor, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and customer service. The position also requires reporting any discrepancies or maintenance issues to the supervisor and responding promptly to guest requests to provide excellent customer service. The role may involve working typical shifts that include weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work alone or as part of a team.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Can navigate a cart weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Can lift, carry up to 25 lbs.
• Engaging personality.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service.
• Change linens and make beds.
• Clean bathrooms.
• Report discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
• Work typical shifts that include weekends and holidays when required.
