Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push housekeeping carts
Availability to work weekends and holidays as business levels require

Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or hotel experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to Fairfield by Marriott and hotel standards
Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and guest amenities
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms
Ensure all guest rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for arrival
Clean and maintain hallways, public areas, and other assigned spaces throughout the hotel
Restock housekeeping carts, linen rooms, and supply closets
Assist with laundry operations as needed
Respond to guest requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and repair needs to management
Report and properly handle all lost and found items according to hotel procedures
Follow all hotel safety, cleanliness, and sanitation guidelines
Work cooperatively with housekeeping team members and other hotel departments to provide an outstanding guest experience
