This role is responsible for ensuring guest rooms are maintained to high standards, creating a special and memorable experience for guests. The Attendant will assist guests with requests, report maintenance needs, and maintain safety procedures. Additionally, the role involves managing supplies and amenities, minimizing waste, handling lost and found items, and working collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent service quality. The position may also involve deep cleaning projects and turndown duties.
