About The Position

The Room Attendant cleans guest rooms and responds to guest requests to support outstanding guest service and satisfaction. The role also maintains cleanliness in hotel public spaces and amenities, handles linens and housekeeping supplies, reports repairs, and follows the hotel’s appearance standards. The position is with Cambria Denver, operated by Twenty Four Seven Hotels.

Requirements

One year of previous hotel housekeeping experience is requested.

Responsibilities

Clean guest suites, including bathrooms; change bed linens daily or according to hotel policy; dust and vacuum; and complete other assigned daily projects.
Maintain housekeeping compliance in the Guest Satisfaction Scores program.
Respond to guests’ special needs and requests.
Ensure guest satisfaction through room cleanliness and attention to guest needs.
Remove trash from housekeeping carts.
Stock linen and supplies in linen rooms or housekeeping carts.
Remove soiled linen from carts and transport it to the laundry.
Report needed repairs to maintenance.
Clean restrooms, public spaces, and food service areas.
Sweep, wax, and dispose of refuse.
Maintain cleanliness of swimming pool and exercise areas.
Clean hotel windows and mirrors.
Wear the proper uniform and comply with standards of appearance, including wearing a nametag on the right side of the uniform.
Perform other assigned duties the associate is capable of performing.
