About The Position

AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park is seeking detail-driven, guest-focused Room Attendants to create pristine, welcoming spaces and contribute to an exceptional guest experience. The 350-room property is part of the AC Hotel brand and offers guest rooms, culinary venues, and curated social spaces in Sunnyvale, California.

Room Attendants clean and reset guest rooms and public areas to luxury standards, replenish linens and amenities, safely use cleaning products and equipment, and promptly report maintenance issues or unusual room conditions. They respond to guest requests with warmth, discretion, and urgency while maintaining a professional appearance and an organized, well-stocked cart and supply area. The role also supports the housekeeping team and collaboration across departments.

Requirements

• Keen eye for detail and a passion for perfection.
