The Room Attendant cleans and sanitizes guest rooms in an assigned area to ensure they are ready for guest arrival. The role requires maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance standards, providing attentive guest service, and checking rooms for repair needs before they are made available for occupancy.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Room Attendant.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms quickly and efficiently to meet cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance standards.
• Vacuum, dust, remove trash, change bed linens, and perform other necessary cleaning procedures.
• Provide a high level of service when engaging with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and attention to guest safety.
• Check rooms for repair needs and note them before releasing rooms for future occupancy; do not release deficient rooms.
