About The Position

The Room Attendant helps create memorable guest experiences by maintaining clean, comfortable guest rooms and delivering warm, attentive hospitality. Duties include cleaning and tidying assigned rooms, replenishing linens and guest amenities, managing housekeeping supplies, responding to guest requests, and disposing of waste and recyclables.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and completing deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed.
• Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
