About The Position
The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role involves restocking amenities, managing laundry, maintaining organized work areas, and participating in deep cleaning and special projects as needed. The position requires a customer service mindset, physical stamina, and a flexible schedule.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience.
- Customer service mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical stamina: ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, and be on feet for the whole shift.
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and public areas, ensuring beds are made, bathrooms are sparkling, and surfaces are free of dust.
- Restock towels, toiletries, and amenities in guest rooms.
- Sort laundry, operate laundry machines safely, and handle linens.
- Keep assigned cart and closets organized.
- Assist with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training when needed.
