The Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is looking for their next Rooftop Bar Manager! Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is one of the most anticipated hotel openings in the region, ideally located in the heart of downtown with direct skywalk access to both the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium — and just seven miles from the iconic Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Requirements

• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience in high-volume restaurant or bar operations
• Highly organized
• Proven ability to develop teams
• Proven ability to create standard operating procedures
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Passion for service excellence
• Strong eye for detail
