The Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is looking for their next Restaurant Manager! Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is one of the most anticipated hotel openings in the region, ideally located in the heart of downtown with direct skywalk access to both the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium — and just seven miles from the iconic Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in high-volume restaurant operations, is highly organized, and has a proven ability to develop teams, create standard operating procedures, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. A hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments with a passion for service excellence and a strong eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily operations for one of the hotel dining outlets
• Spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest
