About The Position

The Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is looking for their next Coffee Shop Manager! Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is one of the most anticipated hotel openings in the region, ideally located in the heart of downtown with direct skywalk access to both the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium — and just seven miles from the iconic Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience managing a coffee shop with food offerings, and a proven ability to create standard operating procedures and build and train high-performing teams. They are a hands-on leader with a passion for quality, consistency, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily operations for one of our hotel dining outlets
• Spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest
