About The Position
Master Roofing Solutions is expanding operations across Northern California and is seeking Roofing Tile Loaders and established crew leads for installations and material loading. The service area runs from Bakersfield through Visalia and surrounding local markets. Work includes safely lifting, carrying, and loading heavy roofing tiles outdoors. Established crews and crew leads are preferred. Compensation is production-based, combining a variable base rate with piece-rate incentives.
