About The Position

Thrive Roofing Co. is seeking an experienced roofing sales professional ready to transition into a leadership role. As a Roofing Sales Team Lead, your primary focus will be on guiding and developing a team of Sales Representatives. You will not be responsible for personal sales but will actively engage in field training, coaching, and collaboration to enhance your team's sales performance and skills. This role involves supporting the team from prospecting through to closing deals, ensuring they have the tools and guidance to succeed.

Requirements

• Proven roofing sales experience
• Strong understanding of storm restoration and insurance claims
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop salespeople
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Competitive, positive, and team-oriented
• Organized with strong follow-through
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach a team of Sales Representatives
• Work alongside reps in the field to improve their sales skills
• Attend insurance adjuster appointments
• Scope roofs and complete job documentation
• Coach reps through opportunities from prospecting to signed contract
• Track team performance and hold reps accountable
• Help build a motivated, high-performing sales team
