About The Position
Joe's Roofing, serving the Lake Oconee / Eatonton area since 1999, is looking for an experienced roofing sales professional to join our team. If you know how to run leads, build trust with homeowners, and close deals — we want to talk to you. This role offers a base pay of $1,200 weekly plus commission, a company vehicle, and a benefits package. The market is a high-end, growing lake community with opportunities for growth as your book of business builds.
Requirements
- Proven experience in roofing sales (residential preferred)
- Self-starter who can run leads with minimal oversight
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with insurance claims process
- Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
Nice To Haves
- Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Run and close pre-qualified leads for residential roofing projects
- Present Good-Better-Best options (shingle, architectural/dimensional, metal & tile roofing systems) to homeowners
- Build and manage your own pipeline in a high-end, growing lake community market
- Represent a company with 25+ years of local reputation and referral business
