  • Utilize their personal vehicle for travel to job sites and inspections during the initial probationary period.
  • Vehicles should be reasonably suited for transporting equipment(ladder) and completing daily field visits.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads, engage with prospects, and sell the company's products and services.
  • Create compelling sales pitches that are aligned with the target client’s industry.
  • Meet personal and team sales goals and targets.
  • Manage sales pipeline properly within company CRM.
  • Conduct scheduled in-person visits with potential customers to perform roof inspections and estimate duties, including accessing roofs as needed, taking photos, measurements, and notes to prepare accurate project estimates.
