As a Roofing Sales Representative, you’ll take full ownership of generating your own leads, building your book of business, and guiding homeowners through the roofing process. Requirements
- A self-starter with a hunter mentality—no fear of knocking doors
- Strong communication skills and confidence in face-to-face interactions
- Ability to learn quickly, stay motivated, and work independently
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel locally
- High integrity, strong work ethic, and a genuine drive to succeed
Nice To Haves
- Previous sales or D2D experience is a strong plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Generate your own leads through door-to-door outreach, community events, networking, and referrals
- Inspect roofs, identify storm or age-related damage, and educate homeowners on next steps
- Present repair or replacement options and close contracts
- Assist homeowners with insurance-claim processes when applicable
- Build, manage, and maintain a personal pipeline of prospects
- Represent the company with professionalism, confidence, and energy
- Become a trusted expert in your territory and local communities
