Requirements

Self-motivated, self-confident, and ambitious, with a strong desire to succeed and the ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal and persuasive and interactive communication skills.
Strong willed, driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
Hold a valid driver's license.
Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
Fearless and not afraid of heights--physical ability to climb ladders to roofs

Responsibilities

Self-Generating Sales Activities: Creatively identify and pursue sales opportunities through self-generated activities, such as networking, canvassing, and attending community events.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers.
Consultative Selling: Understand homeowners' needs and aspirations.
Provide expert advice on our exterior remodeling services, including roofing, siding, windows, and more.
Ensure their satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
Quota Achievement: Self Reliant to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Consistently strive to maximize your earning potential through commission-based compensation.
Prescheduled Leads: Successfully convert pre-scheduled leads into satisfied customers.
Utilize your excellent endearing communication and presentation skills to demonstrate the value of our exterior remodeling services.
