About The Position
Shamrock Roofing & Construction is seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working outdoors, and are passionate about helping homeowners protect and improve their properties. Comprehensive training is provided, so prior roofing experience is not required. This is a full-time, W-2 position with a base salary plus uncapped commission, offering significant earning potential.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Self-motivated and success-driven, with a track record of setting and hitting goals
- Confident, competent, and passionate about helping others
- High integrity and reliability
- Innovative thinker who brings ideas and input to the team
- Leadership skills — ability to inspire and guide others
- Valid driver's license required
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs
