No roofing experience is required as full training is provided. Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Self-motivated and success-driven, with a track record of setting and hitting goals.
- Confident, competent, and passionate about helping others.
- High integrity and reliability.
- Innovative thinker who brings ideas and input to the team.
- Leadership skills — ability to inspire and guide others.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Comfortable working outdoors.
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
