About The Position

The Staff Pad has partnered with a fast-growing, nationally backed roofing company to hire Roofing Sales Representatives. This is a high-income sales opportunity with uncapped commissions, strong support, and real growth potential. No roofing experience is required; if you are motivated and coachable, you will be trained. This is a true sales role – not hourly, not capped, and not limited. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Nice To Haves

• Roofing or construction experience
• Door-to-door or outside sales experience
• Existing network or book of business (for experienced reps)

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and generate new business
• Perform roof inspections (training provided)
• Guide customers through the insurance & sales process
• Close deals and manage your pipeline
• Build referrals and repeat business
