About The Position
The Staff Pad has partnered with a fast-growing, nationally backed roofing company to hire Roofing Sales Representatives. This is a high-income sales opportunity with uncapped commissions, strong support, and real growth potential. No roofing experience is required; if you are motivated and coachable, you will be trained. This is a true sales role – not hourly, not capped, and not limited. You control how much you make, backed by a company that provides a proven sales process, strong brand reputation, and full production + operations support.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Roofing or construction experience
- Door-to-door or outside sales experience
- Existing network or book of business (for experienced reps)
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners and generate new business
- Perform roof inspections (training provided)
- Guide customers through the insurance & sales process
- Close deals and manage your pipeline
- Build referrals and repeat business
