About The Position
The Staff Pad is hiring Roofing Sales Representatives for a fast-growing, nationally backed roofing company. This is a high-income sales opportunity with uncapped commissions, strong support, and real growth potential. No roofing experience is required; motivated and coachable individuals will be trained. The role offers a flexible schedule and field-based work, with a strong support team handling operations so the representative can focus on sales. This is a commission-based role with no hourly pay and no income cap, offering control over earnings and potential for fast promotions into leadership roles.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Roofing or construction experience
- Door-to-door or outside sales experience
- Existing network or book of business (for experienced reps)
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners and generate new business
- Perform roof inspections (training provided)
- Guide customers through the insurance & sales process
- Close deals and manage your pipeline
