About The Position
The Staff Pad is partnering with Apple Roofing, a leading, fast-growing, nationally backed roofing company, to find motivated Roofing Sales Representatives for their Plymouth, MN team. This is a high-income sales opportunity offering uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, strong support, and potential for growth. No prior roofing experience is necessary; if you are motivated, driven, and coachable, you will receive the necessary training and tools to succeed. The earning potential is significant, with projected earnings increasing annually and uncapped commissions allowing top performers to earn well beyond these ranges.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Roofing or construction experience
- Door-to-door or outside sales experience
- Existing network or book of business (for experienced reps)
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners and generate new business
- Conduct roof inspections (training provided)
- Guide customers through the insurance and sales process
