About The Position
The Staff Pad is partnering with Apple Roofing, a leading, fast-growing, nationally backed roofing company, to find motivated Roofing Sales Representatives for their Milwaukee, WI team. This is a high-income sales opportunity offering uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, strong support, and real potential for growth. No roofing experience is required; motivated, driven, and coachable individuals will receive the necessary training and tools to succeed. This role offers a flexible, field-based schedule and dedicated support, allowing representatives to focus on selling. Leads are provided, and there is potential for fast-track growth into leadership opportunities. Both W-2 and 1099 opportunities are available based on experience.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Roofing or construction experience
- Door-to-door or outside sales experience
- Existing network or book of business (for experienced reps)
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners and generate new business
- Conduct roof inspections (training provided)
- Guide customers through the insurance and sales process
- Close deals and manage your sales pipeline
- Build referrals and develop repeat business
