About The Position

Trinity Total Home is hiring a motivated Roofing Sales Rep to meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled, company-provided appointments and present roofing solutions. No prior sales experience is needed; the company provides paid training, a proven sales process, qualified leads, and tools. Successful sales representatives have an advertised annual earning potential of $125,000–$170,000+, with uncapped weekly commissions, training pay or a base draw starting on Day 1, and opportunities for additional earnings through bonuses, contests, and sales incentives. The role offers a path to advance into management.

Requirements

Competitive, coachable, and motivated to succeed.
Confident communicating with homeowners and comfortable with performance-based compensation.
Available for appointments on weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays between 8 AM and 8 PM.
Comfortable climbing ladders, walking on roofs, accessing attics, and lifting up to 65 lbs.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
Organized and dependable, and ready to work in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments and present roofing solutions.
Assess roofing needs, including roof and attic inspections when required.
Prepare estimates, explain pricing and financing options, and close sales.
Use company-provided technology to capture measurements and manage customer information.
Maintain the sales pipeline in Salesforce/CRM and follow up with customers.
Participate in team meetings, sales training, and ongoing coaching.
