About The Position

Trinity Total Home is hiring motivated, competitive individuals to sell roofing solutions to homeowners. No prior sales experience is required; the company provides paid training, a proven sales process, pre-qualified customer appointments, and sales tools. Successful sales representatives have an advertised annual earning potential of $125,000–$170,000+, with uncapped commissions, weekly commission payments, training pay or a base draw starting on Day 1, and potential additional earnings through bonuses, contests, and sales incentives. The position offers company-provided appointments and equipment, W-2 benefits, and opportunities to advance into management. It is a field-based sales role with appointments available on weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays between 8 AM and 8 PM.

Requirements

No sales experience is necessary; paid training is provided.
Be competitive, coachable, and motivated to succeed.
Communicate confidently with homeowners and be comfortable with performance-based compensation.
Be available for appointments on weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays between 8 AM and 8 PM.
Be comfortable climbing ladders, walking on roofs, accessing attics, and lifting up to 65 pounds.
Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
Be organized and dependable, and be ready to work in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments and present roofing solutions.
Assess roofing needs, including roof and attic inspections when required.
Build estimates, explain pricing and financing options, and close sales.
Use company-provided technology to capture measurements and manage customer information.
Maintain the sales pipeline in Salesforce or another CRM and follow up with customers.
Participate in team meetings, sales training, and ongoing coaching.
