About The Position

Stronghouse is seeking driven, professional, and detail-oriented independent roofing sales contractors in Florida. Contractors run their own businesses with the support of an established roofing company, using its systems, marketing tools, resources, training materials, and product knowledge. The role offers flexibility to build a sales pipeline, manage a schedule independently, and earn income through performance-based sales.

The contractor generates leads, builds relationships with homeowners, explains roofing solutions, and guides customers through the sales process. They are responsible for providing a strong customer experience from the first contact through project completion. The work is on the road and includes canvassing and safely navigating roofs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of roofing sales experience in the Florida market.
• Valid driver’s license and a personal, reliable vehicle.
• Comfort with door-to-door canvassing and lead generation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and execute company standards.
• Ability to climb ladders and safely navigate roofs.
• Active LLC and EIN, or willingness to obtain them.
