Stronghouse is seeking driven, professional, and detail-oriented individuals to join us as Independent Roofing Sales Contractors. This role offers the opportunity to run your own business with the support of a trusted brand, providing the freedom to build your pipeline, manage your schedule, and grow your income. The position involves leveraging proven systems, marketing tools, and support resources, with training materials and product knowledge provided to ensure success from lead generation to project completion.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year roofing sales experience in the Florida market
- Valid driver’s license and a personal, reliable vehicle
- Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and lead generation
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Willing to learn and execute company standards
- Able to climb ladders and safely navigate roofs
- Active LLC and EIN (or willing to obtain)
Responsibilities
- Generate your own leads through canvassing, referrals, and networking
- Connect with homeowners and build lasting relationships
- Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them with confidence through the process
- Manage your schedule and sales pipeline independently
