Roofing Sales Manager in Training | $150K–$400K+ | Dallas & Surrounding Areas
About The Position
Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding in the Dallas market and is looking for experienced roofing sales professionals who are ready to lead. This is a Leadership Development Program designed to prepare high-performing sales professionals for management while continuing to earn at a high level. Top performers have the opportunity to advance into Assistant Team Leader, Team Leader, and Market Leadership roles. Promotions are earned through performance, leadership, and results. During training, you will master advanced roofing sales strategies, strengthen project management skills, learn recruiting and hiring techniques, develop coaching and leadership abilities, work directly with experienced company leaders, and learn how to build, lead, and grow a high-performing sales team. After training, you'll be prepared to lead by example while helping grow one of Heritage's newest markets. As a Roofing Sales Manager in Training, you'll continue selling while developing the leadership skills needed to build and mentor a successful team.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience
- Proven success generating residential roofing sales
- Experience working insurance restoration claims
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Leadership mindset with a passion for coaching others
- Desire to grow into a long-term management role
- Valid driver's license
- Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
Responsibilities
- Generate residential roofing and storm restoration business
- Manage restoration projects from inspection through completion
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Recruit and help onboard future sales representatives
- Coach new team members through ride-alongs and field training
- Lead by example while driving accountability and team performance
- Help establish and grow the Nashville market
