About The Position
Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking ambitious individuals to join our team as Roofing Restoration Specialists. This is a door-to-door, in-the-field sales and project management role focused on connecting with storm-affected homeowners, assisting them with the insurance process, and restoring their homes. We offer a 90-day paid training program for individuals with no prior roofing experience, aiming to develop them into high-earning professionals. Requirements
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to win.
- Outgoing and comfortable talking to anyone—especially in a door-to-door setting.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Possession of a pickup truck (or ability to acquire one within 60 days).
- Comfortable working outdoors, climbing ladders, and knocking doors consistently.
- Backgrounds such as former athletes, military veterans, and hospitality professionals are considered a good fit.
Responsibilities
- Canvass neighborhoods, go door-to-door, and build relationships with homeowners.
- Identify storm damage and explain the restoration process.
- Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process from start to finish.
- Oversee projects from the first knock to the final shingle, ensuring 5-star service.
- Build a referral network to keep your pipeline full.
