Requirements

Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with homeowners
Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs safely
Valid driver's license
Pickup truck or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of employment

Responsibilities

Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting in assigned neighborhoods.
Perform complimentary roof inspections and identify potential storm-related damage.
Educate homeowners about the insurance restoration process.
Meet with insurance adjusters during inspections when needed.
Manage roofing and restoration projects through completion while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Build lasting customer relationships and generate referrals.
Consistently achieve personal sales and performance goals.
