About The Position

Shamrock Nation is restructuring how we sell. We're taking the build, supplements, quality control, and collections off our sales reps' plates and putting our own production team behind them instead. If you're a closer who wants to spend your time selling instead of managing a job site, this role is built for you.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated closer, comfortable generating your own business as well as working handed leads.
  • Strong face-to-face communicator — you'll represent Shamrock at the adjuster meeting and color pick.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior roofing, restoration, or door-to-door sales experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Generate the opportunity — work company-provided leads and/or door-knock to build your own pipeline.
  • Inspection — order the measurement report and document the roof, including full CYA photos (attic included).
  • Adjuster meeting — attend the insurance adjuster meeting on-site.
  • Color pick & first check — walk the homeowner through material/color selections and collect the first payment.
