About The Position

Shamrock Nation is restructuring how we sell. We're taking the build, supplements, quality control, and collections off our sales reps' plates and putting our own production team behind them instead. If you're a closer who wants to spend your time selling instead of managing a job site, this role is built for you. This role focuses on generating opportunities through company-provided leads and/or door-knocking to build a pipeline. Responsibilities include ordering measurement reports, documenting the roof with photos, attending on-site insurance adjuster meetings, and guiding homeowners through material/color selections while collecting the first payment. The company handles the entire build day, material ordering, on-site problem-solving, supplementing, quality control, final walkthroughs, and all collections logistics. This means no build-day fires, no chasing supplements, and no QC disputes; the focus is purely on sales.

Requirements

Self-motivated closer, comfortable generating your own business as well as working handed leads.
Strong face-to-face communicator — you'll represent Shamrock at the adjuster meeting and color pick.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Ability to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

Prior roofing, restoration, or door-to-door sales experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
