Outside Sales Representative – Roofing & Restoration for Austin & Surrounding Areas

Requirements
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with homeowners
- Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs safely
- Valid driver's license
- Pickup truck or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of employment
Nice To Haves
- Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting in assigned neighborhoods.
- Perform complimentary roof inspections and identify potential storm-related damage.
- Educate homeowners about the insurance restoration process.
- Meet with insurance adjusters during inspections when needed.
- Manage roofing and restoration projects through completion while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Build lasting customer relationships and generate referrals.
- Consistently achieve personal sales and performance goals.
