About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Roofing Sales Consultant to join our team, especially as we head into storm season, when demand is at its highest. In this role, you will generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in targeted neighborhoods, perform roof inspections, and guide homeowners through repair or replacement options, including the insurance claim process when applicable. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a performance-based environment with strong earning potential.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence in public speaking and presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
• Comfortable working outdoors and ability to climb ladders for roof inspections
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Previous sales experience in roofing, construction, home improvement, or related industries (preferred)
• Proven track record in sales (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required)
• Prospect targeted neighborhoods, especially following storm activity
• Conduct roof inspections and assess storm-related or general damage
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim process
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals
• Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships
• Partner with project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and job completion
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals
