About The Position

We're growing our roofing division in New Orleans and looking to add an Outside Sales Rep to the team. This is a high-opportunity, high-earning role with strong lead flow, major storm-related funding in the market, and a team ready to scale quickly. This role involves meeting with homeowners to inspect roofs and guide them through the replacement process. You will work primarily with pre-set, qualified leads, with minimal door knocking required. You will educate customers on available programs, including grant funding opportunities (up to $10K per homeowner) and manage deals from inspection through close. Staying organized, following up consistently, and hitting sales targets are key to success. This role offers mainly retail work with strong margins and faster closes, and grant funding available in the NOLA market driving demand. Pre-set leads are provided to keep your pipeline full. Door knocking is optional but can be used as an additional income stream.

Requirements

Sales experience preferred
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-based role
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Willingness to learn roofing sales and the local market

Nice To Haves

Roofing or home services experience is a plus
