Requirements

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof inspections
Strong organizational and time-management skills

Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Generate new business through networking, referrals, canvassing, and community outreach
Conduct roof inspections and assess homeowner needs
Educate customers on roofing solutions and insurance claim processes
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers
Guide homeowners through the entire project lifecycle, from inspection to completion
Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the IBC Roofing brand with professionalism
