About The Position

The Staff Pad has partnered with a rapidly growing roofing organization that is experiencing exceptional demand and needs strong closers to support a high volume of inspections. This is not a traditional sales role. You won’t be knocking doors. You won’t be hunting for leads. Instead, you’ll step into a high-impact, field-based closing role — working directly with warm inspections and converting them into signed deals. Inspection volume is surging — 40+ per day consistently, with peaks up to 70 in a single day. The current team is stretched thin, and leadership needs someone who can step in immediately, take over inspections, close deals at a high level, and help drive revenue without missing opportunities.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of roofing experience required
  • Strong understanding of the roofing and insurance process
  • Proven ability to close deals confidently in-person
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to move quickly, stay organized, and handle multiple inspections daily
