About The Position
Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking driven, hardworking individuals for a Roofing Restoration Specialist role in the Oklahoma City market. This is an outside sales and project management position with significant income potential, especially during Oklahoma's storm season. The role involves meeting homeowners face-to-face, assessing storm-related damage, and managing the restoration process from start to finish. No prior roofing experience is necessary, as a comprehensive 90-day paid training program is provided, including mentorship and support. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on building relationships with homeowners and guiding them through the insurance restoration process. Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Pickup truck required (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)

Responsibilities
- Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods and connect with homeowners
- Perform roof inspections and identify storm-related damage
- Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
- Guide customers through claims from start to finish
- Manage roofing projects and ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Build referral relationships and generate repeat business
- Work closely with team leads, adjusters, the admin team, and production crews
